GloBE határidők a 2025.
A legfontosabb határidők a következők:
| Kötelezettség | 2025. adóév | 2026. adóév |
|---|---|---|
| GloBE bejelentés | 2026. február 28. | 2027. február 28. |
| QDMTT-előleg bevallása és megfizetése | 2026. november 20. | 2027. november 20. |
| GloBE / kiegészítőadó-bevallás* | 2027. március 31. | 2028. március 31. |
| GIR - adatszolgáltatás** | 2027. március 31. | 2028. március 31. |
*A határidők tekintetében feltételezzük, hogy a cégcsoport már a globális minimumadó szabályozás hatálya alá tartozott a 2024. adóév vonatkozásában is.
**A helyi (belföldi) adatszolgáltatás alóli mentesülés feltételeit a globális minimum-adószintet biztosító kiegészítő adókról és ezzel összefüggésben egyes adótörvények módosításáról szóló 2023. évi LXXXIV. törvény ("Minimumadó tv.") 44. § (3) bekezdése tartalmazza, miszerint a magyar belföldi csoporttag akkor nem köteles kiegészítő adóval kapcsolatos adatszolgáltatást benyújtani, ha kiegészítő adóval kapcsolatos adatszolgáltatási kötelezettségét – azaz a GIR adatszolgáltatást – már teljesítette:
-
A 2025-ös adóévhez kapcsolódó éves GloBE-bejelentés határideje az adóév utolsó napját követő második hónap utolsó napja, vagyis naptári éves adózó esetén 2026. február 28.
Különösen fontos változás a GIR miatt
2026. november 20. – QDMTT-előleg
A 2025-ös adóévhez kapcsolódó QDMTT előlegét 2026. november 20-áig kell bevallani és megfizetni naptári éves adózó esetében.
A QDMTT-előleg bevallásában többek között szerepel:
-
- az érintett csoporttag vagy kijelölt helyi szervezet azonosítása;
- az adóév kezdő és záró időpontja;
- eltérő adóév esetén a csoporttag adóévének adatai;
- a fizetendő QDMTT-előleg összege;
- adott esetben a mentességi ok.
– 2026. szeptember 30.
Ebben az esetben a 2025-ben kezdődő adóévhez kapcsolódó főbb határidők:
| Kötelezettség | Határidő |
|---|---|
| GloBE-bejelentés | 2025. november 30. |
| QDMTT-előleg | 2026. augusztus 20. |
| GloBE/DAC9 adatszolgáltatás | 2026. december 31. |
| GloBE / kiegészítőadó-bevallás | 2026. december 31. |
Megjegyzés: A határidők szempontjából külön szükséges vizsgálni azt az esetet, amikor a belföldi csoporttag üzleti éve eltér a végső anyavállalat által készített konszolidált beszámoló üzleti évétől.

GloBE Deadlines for the 2025 and 2026 Fiscal Years
With the implementation of the global minimum tax in Hungary, groups are subject not only to a new tax calculation framework, but also to a separate system of notification, information reporting, tax return filing and tax payment deadlines.
From a GloBE compliance perspective, it is therefore not sufficient to determine whether a group falls within the scope of the GloBE Rules. It is also necessary to continuously monitor which obligation applies to which fiscal year, what the relevant deadline is, and which group entity is responsible for fulfilling the obligation.
This is particularly important in 2026, when the system is no longer in its implementation phase: the notification obligations relating to the 2025 fiscal year have already become due, while the deadline for the first GloBE tax return relating to the 2024 fiscal year was 30 June 2026. The final tax return and GloBE information reporting relating to the 2025 fiscal year will become due in 2027.
GloBE Deadlines for Calendar-Year Taxpayers
For the purposes of this article, a calendar-year taxpayer means a taxpayer whose fiscal year runs from 1 January to 31 December. The key deadlines are as follows:
| Obligation | 2025 Fiscal Year | 2026 Fiscal Year |
|---|---|---|
| GloBE notification | 28 February 2026 | 28 February 2027 |
| QDMTT advance tax return and payment | 20 November 2026 | 20 November 2027 |
| GloBE / top-up tax return* | 31 March 2027 | 31 March 2028 |
| GIR – information reporting** | 31 March 2027 | 31 March 2028 |
* For the purposes of the deadlines, it is assumed that the group was already within the scope of the global minimum tax rules for the 2024 fiscal year.
** The conditions for exemption from the local (domestic) information reporting obligation are set out in Section 44(3) of Act LXXXIV of 2023 on Top-up Taxes Ensuring a Global Minimum Level of Taxation and Certain Amendments to Tax Laws (the "Minimum Tax Act"). Under this provision, a Hungarian Constituent Entity is not required to submit information relating to the top-up tax if its top-up tax information reporting obligation – i.e. the GIR filing – has already been fulfilled by:
-
- an Ultimate Parent Entity located in a jurisdiction that has an Qualifying Competent Authority Agreement in place with Hungary for the relevant fiscal year; or
- a designated filing entity located in a jurisdiction that has a Qualifying Competent Authority Agreement in place with Hungary for the relevant fiscal year.
Please note: Even in this case, the Hungarian State Tax and Customs Authority should still be notified in accordance with Section 44(4) of the Minimum Tax Act within six months following the submission of the GIR.
The deadline for the GloBE notification is the last day of the second month following the last day of the relevant fiscal year. The top-up tax return and information reporting must generally be completed within 15 months following the last day of the relevant fiscal year. The deadline for the QDMTT advance tax payment is the 20th day of the eleventh month following the last day of the relevant fiscal year.
2025 Fiscal Year – Which Deadlines Should Be Considered?
The fiscal year beginning in 2025 is particularly important because the UTPR also became applicable from 1 January 2025.
This means that, when assessing the GloBE position for the 2025 fiscal year, it is no longer sufficient to consider only the QDMTT and IIR: where applicable, the potential Recognised UTPR Top-up Tax liability must also be assessed.
February 2026 – GloBE Notification
The deadline for the annual GloBE notification relating to the 2025 fiscal year is the last day of the second month following the last day of the fiscal year. Accordingly, for a calendar-year taxpayer, the deadline was 28 February 2026.
The GLOBEA notification does not merely indicate whether the taxpayer falls within the scope of the global minimum tax. The notification also contains information concerning the group structure and the entities responsible for fulfilling the relevant GloBE obligations.
Particularly Important Change Relating to the GIR
The GLOBEA notification must also specify which Constituent Entity or designated local entity will fulfil the GIR/DAC9 information reporting obligation. The information requirements of the GLOBE notification have been amended, and new mandatory fields have been introduced, including the name, tax number and jurisdiction code of the Constituent Entity responsible for the information reporting.
The GIR/DAC9 information reporting obligation, however, does not operate as a conventional Hungarian NAV tax form. The NAV has already published the relevant technical specifications and API information, and the reporting process is based on the GloBE information reporting structure developed by the OECD.
Accordingly, from a GloBE compliance perspective, it is advisable to determine which entity will act as the group's GIR filing entity already when preparing the notification.
20 November 2026 – QDMTT Advance Tax Payment
The QDMTT advance tax payment relating to the 2025 fiscal year must be reported and paid by 20 November 2026 for calendar-year taxpayers.
The QDMTT advance tax return includes, among other things:
-
- identification details of the relevant Constituent Entity or designated local entity;
- the beginning and end dates of the fiscal year;
- where applicable, the fiscal year dates of the Constituent Entity where its fiscal year differs;
- the amount of QDMTT advance tax payable; and
- where applicable, the reason for exemption.
31 March 2027 – Final Tax Return and GloBE Information Reporting for the 2025 Fiscal Year
The 2025 fiscal year is generally no longer considered a transitional year.
Accordingly, the general 15-month deadline applies. For a calendar-year taxpayer, the final tax return and information reporting relating to the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2025 must be completed by 31 March 2027.
This deadline does not merely relate to a notification obligation: by this date, the group must have completed the necessary GloBE calculations, including, among other matters, the data relevant for QDMTT, IIR and, where applicable, UTPR purposes.
What Happens if the Fiscal Year Does Not Follow the Calendar Year?
One of the important features of the GloBE deadlines is that they are linked not to the calendar year, but to the last day of the group's fiscal year.
Consider a group whose fiscal year runs from:
1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026
The key deadlines relating to the fiscal year beginning in 2025 are therefore as follows:
| Obligation | Deadline |
|---|---|
| GloBE notification | 30 November 2025 |
| QDMTT advance tax payment | 20 August 2026 |
| GloBE/DAC9 information reporting | 31 December 2026 |
| GloBE / top-up tax return | 31 December 2026 |
Please note: For deadline purposes, it is necessary to separately consider situations where the fiscal year of the Hungarian Constituent Entity differs from the fiscal year of the consolidated financial statements prepared by the Ultimate Parent Entity.
